Tech Lead – Angular Development

As the Technical Lead you will have deep Angular and full-stack development experience. You should have a proven track record of leading teams in agile environments, handling complex technical projects, and consistently delivering high-quality results. The Tech Lead will excel in both front-end and back-end technologies, possess expertise in cloud platforms like AWS and PCF, and have advanced knowledge of tools for monitoring, debugging, and database management. In addition to technical expertise, this person should be proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable in high-pressure situations, demonstrating exceptional communication and organizational skills to effectively guide teams and optimize development processes.

 

Requirements:

  • Angular Expertise: 8+ years of hands-on experience with Angular and 4+ years in a technical lead role, guiding and shaping full-stack development initiatives.
  • Front-End & Back-End Proficiency: Skilled in AngularJS, JavaScript, JQuery, Spring, CSS, HTML, and cross-browser compatibility; experience with responsive design, RESTful APIs, and JSON.
  • System Design & Documentation: Proficient in creating technical documentation, including class and sequence diagrams.
  • Server-Side & Database Experience: Knowledgeable in debugging server-side APIs, Java performance testing, and Oracle database design, including PL/SQL.
  • Cloud and Security: Familiar with cloud-native development on platforms like PCF and AWS, alongside advanced Linux/Unix and security standards knowledge.
  • Technical Tools: Experienced with tools such as Sonar, Dynatrace, Git, ALM, Jenkins (CI/CD), and Splunk, and with web servers like WebSphere and Apache Tomcat.
  • Leadership & Agile Methodology: Proven ability to guide and mentor teams within Agile environments, ensuring high standards and efficient project delivery.
