Field Service Engineer
Job Title: Field Services Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and hardware.
- Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
- Support the deployment of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and cabling.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement new systems and upgrades.
- Ensure proper documentation of installations, configurations, and maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Maintain inventory of equipment and software licenses.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with IT standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
