Shift Pattern: 4 Days On (2 Nights + 2 Days) followed by 4 Days Off
About Us: We are looking for a skilled and motivated CCNA Network Support Specialist to join our dynamic team on an initial 1-year contract, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for LAN and WLAN environments, troubleshooting issues, configuring devices, and monitoring network performance.
- Manage and maintain network security, including AnyConnect Security, 802.1x authentication, and related protocols, with day-to-day security operations using Cisco ISE and Cisco Stealthwatch.
- Support and manage AnyConnect VPN services, ensuring secure remote access for users.
- Assist with the administration and support of Unified Communications systems, including VoIP desk and soft phones, call centers, video conferencing, and instant messaging platforms.
- Oversee Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to ensure secure and efficient management of company-issued mobile devices.
- Provide support for Managed Print Services, including troubleshooting and resolving printer-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations and address any network-related challenges.
- Monitor and respond to network alerts, ensuring timely resolution of issues to minimize downtime.
- Document network configurations, changes, and support activities in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- CCNA certification is required.
- Experience with routing and switching, LAN/WLAN configuration, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Cisco ISE, Cisco Stealthwatch, and AnyConnect VPN.
- Knowledge of 802.1x security protocols and related network security practices.
- Experience with Unified Communications systems, including VoIP and video conferencing.
- Understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Managed Print Services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts.
